Change is Possible
We hope you’re completely happy with your new Minimalist shoes or bags, however, if you aren’t, there’s no need to worry. Exchanging size or color is easy. Just send your item back to us, in its original condition including packaging within 15 days with proof of purchase. The cost of the return shipping will be customer’s responsibility.
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with the original packaging included.
- Shoes must be returned with the original branded box.
- When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
- Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them.
Please note down all of following required information in the box .
- Item, size and color. The exchanged item should have the same price.
- Name
- Returned address
- Phone number.
- Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
